Hi Shannon. Of course, I enjoy your witty and informative blogs! I also liked part of one of the Links you provided on “51 Writers’ Tips”, but I found it one of those sites that makes you have to “dig” to find what you want, which feels frustrating to me. Feels kind of like a ‘trap’, like many marketing campaigns, to make you go deeper and deeper past lots of advertising and never quite seeing what you/I expected… But, to finish on an up-tick, I like the tip by James Patterson’s method is simple: “I’m always pretending that I’m sitting across from somebody. I’m telling them a story, and I don’t want them to get up until it’s finished.” Adios, amiga! val
I’m glad you enjoyed it, Val, but I’m really sorry about the advertising you had on your end. I truly try to avoid websites like that, and I’m not seeing that on my browser (or I would’ve never shared it). Still, I’m glad you were able to enjoy a few quotes, and I’ll avoid that website in the future. Thank you for letting me know.
